WHY IS BETTER TO ORDER AIRPORT TAXI TNAN THE ORDINARY ONE?

COOLCAB airport taxi offers transport at fixed prices.Prices are not affected with any road conditions,so they are lower than prices at ordinary taxi.

COOLCAB airport taxi can be ordered online,by SMS or by telephone call.


DO THE PRICES DEPEND ON THE NUMBER OF PASSENGERS OR THE VEHICLE?


No.The prices do not depend on the number of passengers nor the vehicle.
The vehicle depends on the luggage,the number and quantity of it.

WHICH VEHICLES ARE IN OFFER?

Limousine-maximum 3 persons,2 suitcases and 2 hand luggage
Caravan-maximum 4 persons,4 suitcases and 3 hand luggage
Van-maximum 8 persons,8 suitcases and 8 hand luggage

HOW DO YOU CHARGE WAITING FOR THE RIDE TO AIRPORT?

COOLCAB airport taxi waits for the customer first 5 minutes for free.
Then,for every next 5 minutes,the price is 5 euros.

IS THE SMOKING ALLOWED IN AIRPORT TAXI?

No.The smoking in the airport taxi is not allowed.

HOW CAN I FIND MY DRIVER?

Your driver will pick you up at previously arranged address.
If you are in a hotel,the driver will ask for you at the reception desk.Please stay close the reception desk.

I LANDED AT THE AIRPORT.HOW CAN I FIND MY DRIVER?

Your driver is waiting for you straight aheadin the entrance hall,next to the info desk with your name written on the board. More on the page.

HOW CAN I PAY THE AIRPORT TAXI?

You pay the drive directly to driver,in the taxi.You can pay in cash or with your credit card. The recompense for processing the credit cards is 2 euros.

DO I GET A RECEIPT?

After the ride,the driver will give you a receipt.

WHAT IF MY PLANE LANDS LATER THAN IT WAS PLANNED?

Nothing.We follow your flight constantly so we are familiar with the time of landing and we always pick you up in the right moment.
That is not charged additionaly.

IS THE DRINK INCLUDED IN THE PRICE?

No.

CAN I TRANSPORT THE PETS?

The transport of animals is possible in specific transporting boxes which are put in the trung during the ride.
That is charged with additional 10 euros.

ARE THERE SOME RELIEFS OR SPECIAL CONDITIONS FOR COMPANIES?

We can offer some reliefs and special conditions for hotels and companies with whom we have regular and frequent cooperation.

CAN I CHANGE MY BOOKING OF RIDE?

Changing the booking of ride in the interval from 7am to 10pm must be at least 3 hours before.
Changing the booking of ride in the interval from 10pm to 7am must be at least 8 hours before.

CAN I CANCEL BOOKED RIDE?

Cancellation 24 hours before the ride will not be charged.
Cancellation 12 hours and less from the ride will be charged with 50 % from the full price of the ride.
Cancellation 6 hours and less from the ride will be charged with 80  % from the full price of the ride.
Cancellation 3 hours and less from the ride will be charged as the full price of the ride.
